Mutual Respect: Every member is required to treat others with courtesy and respect, irrespective of their role or status within the community.
Prohibited Conduct: Engaging in any form of negative behavior that belittles, offends, or targets fellow members is strictly prohibited. This includes actions such as using derogatory language, spreading rumors, making fun of personal characteristics, and using racial slurs.
Conflict Resolution: In the event of disagreements or conflicts, verbal and text-based arguments are not allowed. If a disagreement arises, promptly notify a member of the Staff. Do not intervene or take on a moderating role. Allow the designated Board of Staff to address the situation.
Respect for Staff: All members must show respect for the decisions and actions of Staff Members in handling various situations.
Controlled Language: Avoid the excessive use of profanity when interacting with other members.
Cyberbullying and Harassment: Any form of cyberbullying, harassment, or unwelcome negative interactions within the community is strictly prohibited. Cyberbullying refers to bullying or harassment using electronic means. Harassment includes causing worry, annoyance, or distress to another member. Deliberate pestering or annoying behavior will not be tolerated.
Sexual Harassment: Acts of sexual harassment, including explicit or implicit sexual overtones, are strictly prohibited. This encompasses unwelcome advances, promises of rewards in exchange for favors, and ranges from verbal transgressions to sexual abuse. Offenders will face immediate bans.
Failure to uphold the principles outlined in this policy, or engaging in any behavior not explicitly listed that could be considered harmful, disrespectful, or threatening, may lead to disciplinary actions based on the severity and persistence of the issue with the member(s).
Policy B: Use of Channels
Our community utilizes various channels for different purposes to enhance communication and organization. It's essential to use these channels responsibly and effectively.
Channel Usage: Each channel is designated for a specific purpose. Please refrain from using inappropriate channels for unrelated discussions, such as the #bot_commands channel.
Respect Private Conversations: If a staff member is engaged in a private conversation in their office, other staff members are expected to respect their privacy and not enter the channel unless invited.
Volume Control: Yelling, screaming, or creating excessive noise beyond normal conversation levels is prohibited.

Failure to adhere to the channel usage guidelines and maintain appropriate behavior may result in disciplinary actions based on the severity and persistence of the issue.
Policy C: Training
We emphasize the importance of proper training and development within our community. To ensure a high standard of professionalism, the following guidelines apply:
Timely Training: All department training must be conducted within one week of assignment unless otherwise discussed with the Head of the Department. Failure to meet this requirement may lead to write-ups and possible departmental consequences.
Policy D: Abuse of Power
Our community values fairness and integrity. Misuse of privileges and authority undermines this principle and is strictly prohibited.
Tag Abuse: Members with special abilities granted by tags must not abuse these privileges, including unauthorized movement of other members.
Channel Modifications: Changing channel names or descriptions is not allowed without authorization from an Administrator or above.
Discord Name Changes: Editing your Discord name requires authorization from a member of Administration or higher.
Enforcement of Rules: Members who are not Staff are not permitted to enforce rules. If a rule is violated, contact a member of Staff. Staff must not discipline other Staff members; contact Administration or Moderation.

Supervisors play a crucial role in maintaining order and standards within our community. They are responsible for overseeing certain aspects and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Supervisor Roles: Staff with supervisor roles have the authority to remove members from the game if necessary, provide coaching to other officers, and ensure uniforms and vehicles meet standards.
Impersonating a Supervisor will result in disciplinary actions based on the severity and persistence of the issue.
